Revised Multiplay support hours

As of this weekend we're adjusting our support times slightly. We have found that when we are manning the support lines and live support channel at the weekends there are periods of time which receive little to no requests for help. We have decided to change our weekend support hours to reflect this.

Weekend support hours

The new times are as follows:

Saturdays: 1pm-10pm

Sundays: 1pm-10pm

We receive only a handful of support requests during these times per month, consequently we're not expecting many people to be affected by this change.

Weekday support hours

As well as reviewing our weekend support times we have taken the decision to extend our weekday opening times by one hour per day. We will now be opening at 9am Monday to Friday and remain open until 10pm.
